Computava are continuing to monitor the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and are taking appropriate steps by following UK Government guidelines to safeguard both ourselves and the clients who we complete work for.
At this moment in time, our business remains in the same stance as it has done from our latest update. We continue taking steps to comply with the published Government guidelines by ensuring that all work that we complete on behalf of our customers is done so hygienically by adhering to the following measures which we outlined last month:
- We will apply anti-bacterial wipes on any customer equipment before we undertake any work.
- We will regularly wash our hands using anti-bacterial soap for 20+ seconds whilst completing work on any customer equipment.
- We will re-apply disinfectant on any customer equipment after work has been completed by us.
These measures that we stated are to protect both ourselves and the customers who we complete work for. Please note that our office remains closed for the foreseeable future and that all work we complete is done so remotely (if possible) or by collecting and delivering any IT equipment in a safe place when dealing with customers and clients.
