Last week, we released two statements regarding our response to the current global outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19). We have been continuously monitoring the situation and have taken appropriate steps by following UK Government guidelines to safeguard both ourselves and the clients who we complete work for.
To date, we have continued to trade from our office as usual – as well as mobile visits to individuals and businesses. We have also taken extra steps to comply with the published Government guidelines by ensuring that all work that we complete on behalf of our customers has been done so hygienically by adhering to additional measures that we have previously outlined.
Due to the most recent UK Government guidelines on tackling this global outbreak, we are now sadly announcing that we are unable to provide any of our services and solutions that involve face-to-face contact. This includes our:
- Desktop, laptop & Mac repair services.
- Mobile phone & tablet repair services.
- Data backup & recovery services.
- Printing & photocopying.
- Gaming PC builds.
This does not include our:
- Website design & development services.
- Phone & Internet tariffs (courtesy of GiffGaff).
As for all of our hands-on solutions, we are now halting them until further notice. However, we are working to provide all of our hands-on services and solutions in a virtual format – where possible. If you have any queries regarding any particular services or solutions, or any questions regarding this update, please contact us. Our website, social media accounts and live chat service will remain active and usable.
We thank you for your understanding at this difficult time and look forward to working with our clients fully again in the future.
